Return Policy
At CoffeeTotaler, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 to 15 working days,
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@coffeetotaler.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items sold by us are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
1. Perishable Goods:
Coffee Beans: Due to the nature of coffee beans as a perishable product, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
2. Custom and Personalized Products:
Any coffee machines that are customized or personalized for the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Breakable Items:
Coffee Machines: If any damage to the coffee machine is caused by the buyer after purchase, it will not be eligible for return or refund. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the product thoroughly before completing the purchase
4. Discounted or Clearance Items:
Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices are final and non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
